## The art of following the corner

A corner canopy cannot be ordered from a catalogue: it is calculated on the exact survey of your façade — open corner or canted bay, symmetrical return or not. The structure spreads the load onto brackets placed as tightly as possible, and the glazed covering follows the geometry without leaving a blind spot for the rain. It is drawing work before it is forge work.

## When to choose it

Corner doors are common on street-corner blocks, courtyard angles and nineteenth-century houses with canted bays. Where a flat canopy would leave one side exposed, the corner canopy shelters the whole threshold. The drawing usually borrows the vocabulary of the fan or the flat canopy depending on your façade — we harmonise from a photograph.
